If you have sent me an e-mail over the last few months you may have already realized this... but the simple truth is that I cannot keep up with my ever-burgeoning e-mail inbox. Therefore, I politely request that you not send me any questions via e-mail or AGN Forums private message.
This is not to say I won't be available to answer your questions, though. You'll just have to have access to either AOL Instant Messenger or ICQ. I have found synchronous chat to be both much more effective at solving problems and much less time-consuming than e-mail and other forms of asynchronous chat. If you intend to use AIM, all I ask is that you identify yourself in your first message with your AGN Forums username (if applicable) and state that you have a question about ZQuest, Zelda Classic, one of my quests, or whatever.
If you prefer ICQ... I have it set up so that I must approve anybody who tries to add me to their contact list. (I've had it up to here with the random porn site links!) Therefore, please include the info I requested above for AIM users in your "request reason."
Two final reminders... first, I will only answer simple, cut-and-dry questions about ZQuest, using the Zelda Classic program, and any Zelda Classic quests I have made. Do NOT ask me Zelda Classic tech-support questions (for example, problems getting sound to work) or questions about quests I have not made. Also please understand that I will NOT walk you through either creating or playing a quest. Finally, please use proper "netiquette" when you message me. Two things that I hate are people who "scream" (i.e. TYPE IN ALL CAPS) and people who are extremely impatient. Give me time to respond. Chances are I'm either talking with a couple of other people and/or busy working with ZQuest so I can help you.
